Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026. These Terms of Service apply to transportation services provided by Private Ride 707 LLC, presented as Luxury Car Services 707, and to your use of pr707.com.

Our Services

We provide private, pre-arranged charter transportation in California, including airport transfers, wine country tours, corporate travel, weddings, and special occasions. We are a licensed California charter-party carrier, TCP 41114, and are fully insured. All trips are subject to vehicle and driver availability and confirmation by us.

Reservations and Payment

A reservation is confirmed when we confirm it to you directly or through our reservation system. Prices are quoted for the vehicle, date, time, and itinerary confirmed. Additional stops, waiting time beyond any grace period included in your quote, itinerary changes, tolls, parking, and other charges described in your quote may apply. Payment is due as stated in your confirmation.

Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us as early as possible at 707-836-6987 if you need to change or cancel. Cancellation and change terms for your specific trip are those stated in your quote or confirmation.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location, use seat belts where available, and comply with applicable law and driver safety instructions. We may refuse or discontinue service where safety, law, or vehicle protection requires it.

Text Messaging Terms

When you book with us, you may receive trip-related service text messages, such as reservation confirmations, pickup reminders, driver arrival updates, and changes to your trip.

How you opt in: Customers provide their mobile number when booking by phone, text, or online and agree to receive trip-related service text messages from Private Ride 707 LLC, presented as Luxury Car Services 707.

Message frequency varies based on your reservations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 707-836-6987 or [email protected].

We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages are for service communications about your trip. They are not marketing messages. If you opt out, we may still contact you by phone or email about an active reservation when necessary for safety or service.
